Q: I need a valve or a fitting, but the size and item are not listed on your website, what should i do ?
A: Please send us email that includes as much information about your specific needs as possible.
Q: What is DIN11851 Hygienic Union Fittings?
A: The DIN 11851 union is widely used throughout Europe and incorporates a round slotted nut and a flush fitting lipped seal, as standard. DIN11851 is divided into imperial and metric type. There are two styles of metric which different from welding ends diameter, the smaller one is common use. You can find more information from the below drawings. Althrough their diameter are different, but all of them use the same threads and same nut whatever imperial or metric.
Q: When can I expect products i am interested in to be back in stock?
A: We keep inventory of common products of all sizes in stock, such as ferrules, ball valves, butterfly valve, sample valves, spunding valves, clamps, elbows, tees, crosses etc. The usual lead time for customized items is about 1 – 2 weeks.
Q: Do you offer custom fabrication?
A: Yes! We are happy to offer custom fabrication, a simple drawing or requirement is available. You can fill out a Request a Quote form.
Q: Do you offer Material Test Reports (MTRs) for your products?
A: Yes. Material Test Reports (MTRs) come standard with all 316, 304 or 904L stainless steel products.
Q: Do you offer commerical invoice and packing list?
A: Yes. we do. Please contact annie@newtekindustry.com to request an application.
Q: Can I use my own Express account for my order?
A: Absolutely yes . Please send your account number and carrier preference to us in regards to your order . We currently work with DHL, FedEx, UPS or e-pacet .
Q: How do I return an item?

Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: JOWIN provides 1 year warranty for steel parts, but all Gaskets & Seals 3 months, and non-return.
Q: How do you ensure I get quality products and not cheap items?
A: As a factory of sanitary stainless steel fittings, JOWIN has been this field over 15 years. We are ISO 9001 and SGS Certified. What we want is a long business, and we can send videos for you before shipping even .
